About Project

This project is an open-plan living and kitchen space

designed with a warm contemporary/minimal approach.

The concept prioritizes everyday comfort and social interaction:

a deep, relaxed seating area for lounging and entertainment, a

functional kitchen that supports gathering, and an inner green

patio/courtyard that acts as a visual “breathing space” and a source

of natural light. A controlled contrast between dark materials (black/dark stone)

and light surfaces (white/light gray) keeps the space modern while avoiding a cold atmosphere, with wood and greenery adding warmth and life.

Interior Design

The interior design language is built on dark–light contrast, clean lines, and track/linear lighting. The gray stone-like flooring, the dark veined stone TV feature wall, and the light vertical panels create a calm yet refined backdrop. The layout is clearly zoned: the living area with an L-shaped arrangement at the center, the kitchen defined by an island with stools as a soft boundary, and a glazed view toward the planted patio that adds depth and perspective. Large glass openings and the patio’s overhead grid help filter daylight, enriching the atmosphere throughout the day.

Design detail

Details emphasize rhythm and geometry. Ceiling track lines and spotlights guide the eye, vertical wall paneling enhances perceived height, and the neutral palette allows key elements (wood, dark stone, greenery) to stand out. In the kitchen, the combination of matte black cabinetry with warm wood niches and slim pendant lights delivers a clean, professional look while preventing monotony. The black-framed glass partition to the patio works as a transparent architectural boundary—providing functional separation while maintaining strong visual continuity.

Furniture Design

Furniture choices follow a low-profile, comfortable, and generously proportioned direction to reinforce a relaxed living experience. The gray L-shaped sofa with slender metal legs balances visual weight and keeps the volume feeling light; layered cushions in earthy/neutral tones add texture and depth. At the island, wooden stools with soft, rounded forms bridge the dark kitchen palette and the greenery beyond. Overall, the selection focuses on simple forms, tactile textures, and controlled color tones, ensuring the space is practical for daily use while presenting a quiet, modern sense of luxury.
